Positive: The staff were lovely and very attentive. Lovely breakfast included. Nice view at breakfast and lovely outside are to sit and have a few drinks whilst we got ready to goto a concert. We had a great time and if we need to come back to cork at any stage we will definitely book to come back here to shandon bells.
Negative: Everything was great. Had no issues.

Negative: I booked a deluxe room, however the room was on the 3rd floor, basically an attic bedroom with sloping ceiling The bedroom was pretty basic even no door on basic wardrobe. The bathroom was good except for head height in bath. Its not the room shown on website If I had seen a.photo of this room I would not have booked it. I thought I was getting a good sized deluxe double bedroom as advertised. Also extremely hot and stuffy due to warm weather that it felt slightly claustrophobic
