Positive: The service and buffet breakfast are excellent..Location is good with many restaurants nearby. We can easily ride on the bicycle and go shopping mall. Friiendly and professional front counter, speedy arrangement for breakfast well explained the strong management from the group. Will definitely come back again.

Positive: Although the hotel is quite old but the quality still maintained. Good spread of breakfast and the Shang Palace as good as ever. Location is good and staff are friendly and helpful.

Negative: The indoor swimming pool is not great as it gives you the vibe of a public swimming poo; The room is rather tired - the carpet, curtains and furniture could all do with a new look.

Positive: The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings, and the location is very convenient. The staff are exceptionally helpful. Morgan Li kindly assisted us with changing rooms and helped move our luggage, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The Horizon Club is beautiful, offering stunning views of Anshun Bridge and the Jinjiang River. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Positive: Wonderful breakfast with excellent variety, great location in a relatively quieter location right close to busy city centre, easy for car pick up and drop off. Hotel staff were very polite and courteous. Fitness suite extremely spacious, well equipped and easy to use.
