Positive: My husband and I enjoyed the close location and the low price. We also liked how this motel was close to a variety of plazas.
Negative: The motel needs to coordinate better with Booking.com. This way, the customer doesn't have to feel as though they did something wrong. Also, I got admonished for VAPING (not smoking a cigarette, which stinks), and was told to go to a designated location.

Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable and the parking lot was pretty dark and sketchy.

Positive: Relatively clean and comfortable. It wasn't noisy during my stay. There is a large TV, fridge, and microwave in the room. There's a desk area, and plugs over both sides of the bed for things like chargers and CPAP.
Negative: Very no-frills. Bring a hairdryer, iron, alarm clock... whatever you need because it's not going to be in your room. A bit of soap, shampoo/conditioner, a couple plastic cups, TP, and towels is all you get. My deadbolt wouldn't work either, not sure if other rooms had the same issue.

Positive: Room seemed to be clean and had AC which worked very well. Lots of space in the rooms.
Negative: No furniture (chairs) so lots of empty space with no use. The faucet leaked to the point where it was difficult to brush my teeth without getting water everywhere. Lastly, the clerk at first refused to accept my license and credit card because my name was abbreviated differently on the cards. She said "well just this time it will be okay". So that confirms it. I definitely won't be coming back here!
Summary: Problem with my ID and leaky faucet. Would not stay again.
