Summary: Third time staying at the Shangri-La Tokyo. The location is very convenient, the hotel is beautiful and calming. It even smells very nice. Service is professional and friendly. Save room for breakfast!

Summary: Great central location in Tokyo. The staff were always professional and friendly. They were always happy to help- from taking care of my luggage to hailing a taxi, to making sure my room was always made up and clean, they took excellent care of me during my stay.

Summary: Second time staying with Shangri La Tokyo, room felt like a downgrade from our recent stay at Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo (2-bedroom executive suite). However, in comparison, the service at Shangri-La Tokyo staff was way better offering amenities for children, both hotels were able to provide 2PM late check out upon request during Cherry blossom season. Stand out feature was breakfast experience at Piacere - the Hayama Egg Benedict Original Recipe 1894 was perfection!! Wait Staff Thu Thu was truly memorable and elevated our experience. Check out was quick and the only faux pas was luggage was not sent down to our taxi within time, despite pre-booking.
