Positive: Hotel staff were very kind and caring.
Negative: Shower arrangement needs attention. Floor in shower in the allocated room was in the same level as the rest of the bathroom. This allowed flooding in front of the toilet seat causing inconsistencie.

Positive: It's quiet place nearby big Malls and companies. Also it's near Patan Durbar square and the Tribhuvan university institute of engineering.
Negative: The streets are full of traffic. You can hardly cross the roads because there isn't a lot of pedestrian access.
