Positive: Very good budget accommodation for both short and longer stays. The house was clean, quiet, and well organized. The rooms are comfortable and the WiFi worked perfectly during the entire stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is very useful for longer stays. The terrace is also a nice bonus. The location is convenient for Stuttgart, Sindelfingen, and Ludwigsburg, especially for business trips or work-related stays. Parking and check-in were easy. Overall, great value for money and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.
