Negative: The communication from booking.com was inadequate. We had a time that we had to be on the ferry to get to the location and that was never communicated to us, You need some improvements in your tools for your suppliers to enable them to clearly communicate that first a boat trip is required and included and that the timing is critical.

Positive: Absolutely stunning property, details were well thought out and there is a good amount of information toward what you will need for your stay.

Negative: Patio chairs could be a little more comfy, we spent so much time unwinding and enjoying the view. Maybe a small table for dining on the patio or placing a beverage.

Positive: We had an amazing time at Shearwater Cove. All of the staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable of the area. They constantly ensured that we were having a great time and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you ever find yourself visiting the Seward area. We will definitely be back one day!
