Positive: Nice, quiet location. Comfortable bed and comfortable sofa.Nice goody bag of local tea, coffee and biscuits.
Negative: Complicated kettle which we had to ask how to use it! An airer or heated towel rail would help to dry out the very nice bath sheets after use

Positive: Comfortable, unusual, in fabulous surroundings everything we needed and more.
Negative: Only issue was getting in and out bath and slipping when in it. It’s needs some form of hand rail or bar. We are pensioners and had to improvise to overcome these issues.
Summary: Really enjoyed the property and the area had a great stay would certainly book again

Positive: My mum and I stayed at the Shellbraes Studio in Northumberland and it was absolutely gorgeous! The studio was so welcoming and homely, anything you could possibly need was equipped in the kitchen and it was spotless. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed being able to sit out and have our breakfast overlooking the fields. We used the studio mainly as a base as we were visiting spots around and it was in a good location.

Positive: A really great space, cosy and spacious at the same time. Big, comfy bed. A lovely big bathroom for a studio set-up. Nice patio area out the back with views over the fields. Well-equipped kitchen area with all the bits and bobs you need. Lovely welcome package too. We only ate in one-evening and with two hobs plus the microwave there's plenty you can rustle up. We dined locally one evening in the local pub The Queen's Head, lovely welcoming place with good food and local beers.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at shellbraes studio It was spacious clean and had everything that we needed.the bed was exceptionally large which was great.i liked that there was separate areas but was open plan.the kitchen was well equipped for that we needed.the fridge was a little on the small side but OK.the outside space was delightful and managed to see the northern lights which was a bonus.we were quite far away from hexham and corbridge but managed to get a taxi.the surroundings were just gorgeous will definitely be back
