Summary: This place never disappoints! Close to everything... restaurants, convenience store, liquor store and a great walk if you want to walk over the bridge to Sand Key!

Summary: It was a prefect stay. The resort was clean and had the most beautiful private beach as well as a nice clean pool. There was also a restaurant with good food and live entertainment. They had one person singing in the morning who was amazing and at night they had an entire band playing that’s extremely talented. Honestly this resort has been one of my favorite hotels. There’s many restaurants nearby as well as a lot of things to do. Jet skis were cheap and fun. Book here you won’t regret it. I’m definitely coming back. The staff was friendly and helpful

Summary: They didn't give me the room I rented supposedly with an ocean view; they made up that the same thing always happened when they used the application. I told them that if they didn't give me the room I wouldn't come back and I was going to give a bad review. In addition, they charge for chairs and umbrellas on the beach; it should be a service. Check-in was a bit unpleasant. The parking voucher was very friendly and the cleaning service was very good. The hotel is nice, but the customer service at the front desk was poor.

Summary: Great location. Room clean, friendly prompt service, clean pool and private beach area. Music loud especially on weekends on pool side but only until midnight, not as bad during the week.

Summary: First off if you book on hotels.com please make sure you include the correct amount of people. I never had to distinguish that but here they charge me $20 an extra person fee. Even though the Room slept for. So that’s just greed also the manager that was on duty 5//18/25 was a Karen with a resting witch face. Check-in was so slow. I’m assuming the guy did not know what he was doing. He didn’t have any key cards. He said he had to go get some, but then he came back with the manager to look over what he was trying to do. Why would he be there without any help it literally took over half an hour to check in when I was the only one in line. They charge you $150 Per day incidental fee, which is crazy. My opinion and I live here. There are four better places that you could stay at that won’t nickel and dime you.

Summary: Hotel is located on the beautiful white beach in Clearwater. The staff was great as well as the food. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Valet service was good. We would return to this location.

Summary: Everything about the resort was great and as advertised! We especially enjoyed the restaurant, which was excellent and very reasonably priced. Drinks were fun, beach was comfy with lots to watch go by. Our warning: The outdoor music comes from a stage pavilion that faces the hotel! Do NOT expect to go to bed before the music is over. On Saturday, that means 2am. The resort caters to late night partying. If that's not your thing, get a room on the other side of the hotel and you will be fine.
