Summary: The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. They say no we can’t extend it and anyway I told them I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock. Can you give me permission for that? Just one hour after 1 o’clock? That’s the night I was talking to the person he was so bad he was so rude he make me like so mad so in the morning I column early I told him I have family. I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock if you can please we have to take my stuff something like that she said no it’s not legal so I told him I was in Azdan Hotel I spoke with them like what I spoke with you guys they said okay there’s no problem. Take one hour more after 1 o’clock so that make me so mad. Make me. I don’t know what should I say

Summary: Pick up from the airport was not as seamless as I thought. Initially I was told by the people at the airport that there was no pick up for my particular hotel and then 5 minutes later a man come up to me showing me my name on his phone screen. I had to wait over 30 minutes before my ride came. I was not offered a discount considering I am VIP, Gold status. Found out for myself that uber is 8x cheaper compared to the 100 QAR which I was charged for one way transportation. My recommendation is to use uber! Pro: The room was lovely, especially the bathroom.

Summary: Excellent stay – the housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless and the front office staff were always polite and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained, and the pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel
