Summary: Great stay at the sheraton, we had to move from another hotel at the last minute due to lack of air con and the staff were so accommodating at short notice. Can't fault the staff or the venue. Parking was free, food options were excellent and staff were faultless.

Summary: Clean and beautiful room, STAFFS ARE GREAT. Especially Risma at the restaurant, she is from Indonesia. Breakfast so good as always and lots to choose from. Parking is easy and free. Location is good too. Very central

Summary: It's a bit of a mess in 3 parts, Don't whatever you do park below level A before dropping your luggage at that level. If no spaces (it is part of a shopping centre/mall) and you have to park in level B (the floor below) then only way is to use an incredibly fast moving with narrow treads. Once on level A parking (hotel -1) you need to take an escalator up to Ground Floor level. Then you take another elevator up 2 floors, get out, walk along a glazed corridor linking that part of the hotel to the tower part. Entrance to that is with the room card, the door is quite heavy and has a very heavy strong spring? system to close ASAP. Our rooms were on the 6th floor (of 11). So not friendly for anyone of more advanced years

Summary: 3 separate lifts to get from car to room! Expensive breakfast. Very clean but standard hotel room. There are better value hotels in Athlone.

Summary: truly beautiful hotel, was surprised it was so lovely...spa is gorgeous, staff lovely, bed is dreamy, room was lovely, dinner really nice. Cant complain about anything,it was a 4 star hotel, and having spent 2 weeks staying in subpar places, it was a complete relief to be there.

Summary: After staying in Edinburgh, it made this hotel feel very dated. The view out of the room was not good and the water was only lukewarm. The hotel isn’t awful, just don’t expect it to be 5 star. The staff was super friendly and got us anything we needed and the breakfast was good.
