Summary: always comfortable to be at the hotel. Our little dogs actually know the place, and treat it as their home away from home. The staff knows us, our dogs, and treat us great. The area is safe, no rowdy partiers, and is it quiet. Also the bed is comfortable.

Summary: The hotel is old but clean- I paid extra for the club lounge- which was a room with a tv and bottle water- the same as my actual room. The window actually looked into the foyer of the hotel- so that made the room somewhat dark and devoid of natural sunlight. The front desk would not allow uber to deliver my breakfast - so I had to go down 6 floors - walk across an indoor bridge and then back to my room ( a 5 min walk) due to security. It’s wasn’t that far, but first thing in the morning without my coffee- it was more work then I wanted to do for $300 a night

Summary: Always a great stay at the Sheraton. Our chihuahuas know the place as we have stayed here for the past 8 years. Quiet, cool, and comfortable, with a. great and friendly staff. It's too bad the fancy coffee machine was broken.. but that is something that life deals. The Lela restaurant was great for breakfast, though.

Summary: I’m a bit surprised that this place has the ratings it does. The location was fine and the hotel itself met decent standards for cleanliness. However, it was hot and muggy thoroughout the building and despite having set our room thermostat to 60, the room never cooled down. I know there was a heat wave, but I’m also wondering if the building needs an upgrade. We also lost power for about 30-45 minutes making the room even more warm. Though the power loss was out of the hotels control, staff were not helpful. The rooms also lacked a microwave and the TV was very old, lacking Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Summary: Great hotel, bar closes early (probably a good thing) and it is not good for walking to eat except for fast food. The restaurant makes a very good Bolognese!
