Positive: The staff were very welcoming. The place looked great when I walked through the front doors.

Negative: My tv stopped working in the middle of the night and I have a toddler who was watching tv. The AC also did not work. So we were hot. It was late so I didn’t bother to call facilities to get it fix. I also asked for a king room with pull out couch and didn’t receive that. They put me in a double room.

Summary: I would rate this stay a 5/10. It would have definitely been a 10/10 if the ac & tv were working.

Positive: Stayed on the 12th floor and had a pretty awesome view of the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Cost was reasonable. Heated indoor pool.

Negative: The indoor pool closes at 10pm which is a little early for us. Our neighbor had the music blasting until 3 am
