Positive: The staff and the Gym
Negative: The room is new, so the odor of painting was strong and it was impossible to work, e cause of the noise of construction. The bathroom need to bem improved, the water on the sink was crazy strong, the shower let all the floor wet. I asked for a late checkout and during the morning of the day, they informed that was not possible! Why they didn’t tel me before? I order water on my room on Tuesday, never delivered. The room service prices are obscene! Doesn’t make any sense.

Positive: Friendliness of staff. 1 We were able to check in early when we arrived 2. The concierge exchanged our $100 US bill to small bills for tips 3. The pool area served meals when other restaurants had stopped service 4 The concierge was available at 2 am to call us a taxi to the airport. 5. The location to the regional airport and port is excellent
