Summary: One of the best stays I've ever had anywhere period, and I've traveled a ton. Staff blew me away with their conscientiousness and attention to detail. Super helpful without asking, everything we needed anytime we needed. The included breakfast is fantastic, can't rave about it enough. So many Vietnamese delicacies and for a hotel I was shocked how good it was. The sauna, steam room, hot tub experience hit the spot. Gym was good enough to get the job done. The Club Sheraton experience was cool too—didn't expect them to also have dinner for you as well. We stayed in a King Suite on the club level and it was gorgeous and huge with plenty of space to work from the room. Truly a world class experience. I'll be coming back.
