Negative: It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room rather than just instant coffee.

Positive: Hotel is well located for easy access to the train station. And easy walking distance to many attractions. The service level of every staff member was exceptional from the minute we arrived. I fell very unwell during our stay, the staff were hugely empathetic and helpful contacting dozens of clinics trying to find us medical help. We are very thankful.

Negative: The hotel is well maintained but is a little dated. It could do with a modernising in the bathrooms.

Summary: Amazing staff, excellent location.
