Positive: Nice to have windows facing the bay. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings were modern and in good shape. Nice bathroom. This hotel is in a great location!
Negative: The view of the bay would have been better with cleaner windows. We were a little disappointed in our room which was described as "deluxe," but was just ordinary.
Summary: Thanks to great weather, we enjoyed our stay in Erie.

Negative: Upon arrival there was a weird stench that lingered from the air conditioner into our room maybe from outside, but it smelled like sewer for the first night. We had booked for two nights and were only given a roll of toilet paper. House keeping walked right into our room after knocking and waiting for 3 seconds max. Parking was $16 per night when there was free parking closer and we were not made aware of that. There was a trash can full of puke just sitting outside our hallway.
Summary: Ok view (windows dirty) nice staff good location poor everything else.

Negative: The "included" aspect of the breakfast was confused and we ended up paying some portion, and the very nice server did not seem to know how that "voucher" worked.

Positive: Great views of the bay. Nice room with a super restaurant with outside dining at reasonable pricing.
Negative: Securing this room through booking.com was problematic because it included a breakfast and dinner package. The front desk really didn’t want to provide a dinner coupon; they frowned at it; and, ended up putting us on the 8th floor where a general area was for a limited menu of food for a few hours to those there. Overall not all that appealing for the increased cost. Would NOT recommend booking it that way as there was lots of confusion.
