Summary: Very conveniently located within walking distance to the MTR, Star Ferry, bus stops and lots of shopping. Staff are very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: The room is very clean and comfortable and pretty decent size. The front desk service is also very prompt and professional. Overall service is good.

Summary: We stayed at Sheraton for 2 weeks. Booked a harbour view room and requested for espresso machine. Although we were kindly provided with one, however no pods were provided (unlike Hyatt down the road which would kindly provide). The view was nice, hotel in a convenient location but the building needs refurbishment. Top floors’ restaurants are fine but the cafe was dimly lit and old. In room amenities were of poor quality. Toilet paper was rough (worse than some public toilets), body wash has such high soap content that my skin felt dry afterwards. Yet, they were stringent on body lotion supply (or even tooth paste). I need to call to front desk to have them replenished, when housekeeping should have refilled on a daily purpose. Doesn’t feel like 5 star hotel at all.
