Positive: The pool area was fine and also the gym. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was very good and the personnel there were nice and friendly. Friendly service there.

Negative: The majority of the staff was arrogant and very unwilling to help in any matter. "Can you come later", was a phrase we heard a lot. It took us more than an hour to check in (without queue).They started to fuss about us not having breakfast included, even though it clearly stated so in the booking.

Positive: Great hotel, location easily accessible, great garden with restaurant and bar - Swimming pool clean and easy to access but not to public. Overall, Sheraton as always upholds a high standard.

Negative: I asked the staff to change my email ID so I gained my points on my Marriot account, never received my points
