Summary: Renovated spacious room and a location that's walking distance to downtown. The parking could be considered pricey, however parking in the area is a nightmare so it's worth it. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Summary: Our stay was quite disappointing. We were awoken in the middle of the night by a neighbor who checked into the room next to ours and proceeded to engage in a screaming phone conversation for almost two hours. On top of that our toilet paper roll holder was broken. After complaining to the concierge, we were offered a discount, however they were unable to honor it because we booked through hotels.com.

Summary: My family and I were visiting the Landing School in ME and we’ve stayed at this location before. We had a lovely stay both times. The food is yummy and close to shops and attractions. Check out the Albacore submarine if you stay here!

Summary: The front desk was amazing - Ben - He was friendly, efficient and empathic. I was exhausted from a long trip and he made the check in process easy and fast. The room was fantastic. We did room service in the morning and the breakfast was to us quickly and it tasted great!
