Summary: The only real issue is the room was on the side of the hotel across from the Marriot. Unfortunately there were cars and motorcycles that were loud going by until the early morning hours. No fault of the staff or hotel. I would prefer to stay at the Sheraton over other hotels in the arrea.

Summary: The room was very clean and the hotel was conveniently located near the casino which is where we went The check in was easy but was told that there was a $20 parking fee because their lower garage was full, so assuming they also owned the garage right across the street, so charged my card the $20 and was told NOT to pay the fee again when exiting the garage in the am…. Come to find out, we couldn’t leave the garage without paying because they don’t own that garage, I believe the woman I spoke to when I called back to see how to get out without paying again said it was owned by the Marriott next door….so was a little put off that the Sheraton is collecting money for people to pay to park when it’s not even their garage and it took us an extra 15 min just to get out of there And when speaking to the woman that was working in the am about how to exit out, she was a little bit rude about us not being in their garage , but we were told it was full BUT ….it was the most comfortable bed and bedding I have ever slept in in my life!

Summary: Room wasnt clean when i first arrived. I had to wait a while for one. At first they told me i would have to change the type of room i had i thought that was ridiculous. Cleaning services was nice and friendly. The restraunts were very nice as well inside hotel.
