Summary: Stayed here for my birthday and we had a great stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. No noise as we were on the the opposite side from the entrance. The staff were great as well. The distance from the train station after the airport was ideal and it was so easy to get around the city from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Comfortable bed, comfy pillows. Good air conditioning. Shower was good. TV was good, was adjustable so I could watch it in bed.

Summary: Hotel under renovation and reception is cramped into a small space. Some receptionists were very slow, maybe due to systems constraints, to get the rooms assigned. Also, they are poorly trained so messages were not written down in the system or communicated properly.

Summary: Overall service is great in term of size,cleanliness, front desk service. Only price is higher than we expexcted. But location is really great and walkable to major attractions we would like to visit such as City Hall,Royal Palace and even the old town and specifically Noble Prize Museum.

Summary: The staff was fantastic, and everything was great, despite the renovations, which were going on both outside and in the hotel, but they'll be finished someday. The only thing that wasn't right were the hangers. Surprisingly, in a hotel of this category, there should be more hangers that allow you to hang pants, the kind with a bar. It's not that unusual for a couple to wear five pairs of pants, and there was no way to hang them other than in a pile. It's a minor detail, but it could be improved.
