Summary: Great experience! A few blemishes in the room, such as the bedroom door missing some wood, tape on the walls from previous banners, as well as baseboards being detached from the wall in the bathroom. Smaller, but worth mentioning, was that there weren’t any tissues, only a couple that were left in the box from the previous guest. The front desk was happy to accommodate with a new box of tissues, as well as an apology for the inconvenience. The bathtub also had a loose and slipping knob for the bath, as well as a crooked spout that could turn freely. I would certainly recommend staying here, but I would advise you to not look for the fine details.(dust, drywall work, paint, etc)

Summary: Overall a very good experience however the water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. The exhaust fan in the shower did not work causing the smoke alarm to set off because of the steam from the shower.

Summary: Free upgrade!! Comfy beds & great shower. Corridors & aspects of room looked beat up, but staff friendliness made up for any shortcomings

Summary: Very comfortable bed, loved the room layout. Quiet, clean rooms. The bar/grill/starbucks located inside building was extremely convenient and great options. Parking was easy and all the extra security measures also a plus. I am definitely staying here again

Summary: I would highly recommend the Sheraton Suites -- the rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The Grill restaurant was convenient with delicious food. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: I always stay here with a friend because we live in different cities. Prior to my stay, I called to ask a question and the front desk employee (Gabrielle) sounded like I was a major inconvenience to her. We all have bad days, so it wasn't a big deal. I also called the front desk to ask about extending my stay, & AGAIN was given an unfriendly tone like she didn't have time for me. Gabrielle needs a new job where she isn't miserable! I must say that all other staff was extremely accommodating and nice.
