Summary: I stayed there for 10 days in total, and it was great. The rooms were great, breakfast was fairly good. The staffs at the front desk were very nice and kind, made my stay comfortable.

Summary: I stay at this hotel every time I visit Korea, and for good reason — I truly can’t find any flaws. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and most importantly, the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. The front desk team, in particular, made a lasting impression with their outstanding service mindset. After a long flight, their warm welcome and professionalism helped me relax and feel at ease. Thanks to them, I had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay once again.

Summary: I had a pleasant stay at Shilla Stay Guro. The room was on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in a major city like Seoul — it was still well-organized and functional. The bathroom was excellent: modern, spotless, and with a great shower. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. One downside was the air conditioning. Although there was a thermostat in the room, the temperature seemed centrally controlled, and I wasn’t able to cool the room properly. It stayed around 25–26°C, which was too warm for comfortable sleep. To their credit, the front desk provided a fan, which helped a bit. Despite the A/C issue, I would still recommend the hotel for short stays, especially if you’re looking for something clean and reliable in a convenient location.

Summary: This was my first time in Korea, and I couldn’t have felt more welcome. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is also ideal just a minute walk to the metro and airport bus. The only minor issue we experienced was with the room temperature. The building’s air conditioning was turned off due to it still being cold at night but with it being so hot during the day we couldn’t get the thermostat any lower than 26c even sleeping with the window open. Thankfully the staff gave me an electric fan to use. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
