Positive: The breakfast is ok. Coffee machine with at least freshly grounded coffee. Good pastry range and tasty and freshly cooked omelette at the egg station. Missing was more fresh fruit. Breakfast area is rather uncomfortable and ‘cold’ by atmosphere
Negative: Despite apparently being a new hotel, the appearance eg in the corridors to the room as well as in the room appears dated as the wallpaper crumbled already. Very pity as the hotel had so much more potential.

Negative: We need to walk from the station for 10 mins or so. It would be super great if we are able to bring the coffee from the breakfast venue. (I tried but one of the staff advised me it's not allowed.)

Positive: The service was exceptional. We have a young family and they upgraded our room and offered free breakfast. But not only that gave our son a stuffed bear which he loved. Exceptional I can honestly say it was the best I have experienced ever in my travels. Location is great, breakfast amazing. Everything!
Negative: You can't really alter the temperature inside the rooms. This is a korean wide problem so if you're sensitive to warm rooms I would caution you to really research the rooms before booking. Luckily it was a cool night for may so it wasn't too bad but the temperature was stuck on heat which is unfortunate. I've had long stays in other hotels in korea with the same problem. Not sure that this is something the hotel can control honestly.
