Summary: My main filter was for a pool and hot tub... neither was available for 3 out of 4 days. When the hot tub was available (last day) the jets were horrible. The room was dirty. The sink had scum all the way around it. A kitchen was in the room however no silverware or items to use it. I'm so very disappointed.

Summary: Pool was dirty and cloudy same with the hot tub was very dirty and things floating in it. I booked this room because I mainly wanted to go swimming but the pool was honestly disgusting and I normally don’t complain because I’m pretty easy going, but I didn’t even want to use the pool or hot tub the room was good no issues in the room but the property on the outside of my room was really just rundown. You could tell that it’s supposed to be like the cheapest around.

Summary: Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating for handicapped accessible room and parking right outside of entrance and room! Extended our stay last minute and hotel staff was extremely helpful! Pool area needs some upgrades and work but was still very relaxing for me and fun for my Son!
