Positive: The location was perfect. Nice beach, the famous Torii next door. Cafes, Konbinis and a few restaurants in walking distance. Shuttle Bus to Shimoda City was very convenient. Staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly and (almost) all speak english. The Onsen was great too. Breakfast Buffet very sufficient. We had also dinner in the restaurant, which was excellent. We liked the playroom and the Cafeteria. The room was spacious. The hotel is not new, here and there a bit worn down. But everything is very clean. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We loved to stay there! We didnt travel with a dog, but it seems the hotel is very dog friendly too. which we like a lot.
Negative: we loved everything.
Summary: Perfect family stay in a nice beach location close to Shimoda city. Kid friendly, great food, nice beach

Positive: The view was great and the beds were comfortable.thr room was very clean.
Negative: The hotel is on the older side. That's ok but even the renovated rooms are showing their age. It might be time for seibu prince to put some serious money into a FULL Renovation. That being said, the room was very nice and clean.
Summary: Great views old but clean rooms that could use a remodel.

Positive: Nice holiday hotel for families with kids, wonderful sea view from the room, located directly next to the beach, with swimming pool and water activities for kids, public onsen, indoor playground (amazing), souvenir shop and cafe.
Negative: Breakfast organization with only two available dining slots (the food itself was good) and long queuing time, customer service, no drinking water in room. At the end, the receptionist tried to charge us extra fees.

Positive: How close it was to the seven waterfalls location and the yummy breakfast.
Negative: The beds were hard as rocks. Felt like we were just sleeping on box springs with sheets on top.
Summary: Great location if you want to check out the waterfalls and the breakfast was super yummy. The beds were terrible though.

Positive: I like that the property was steps away from the beach and that parking was available on site and you didn’t have to make reservations. We had breakfast included, and it was a buffet style, which was very nice and it was enough to choose from for everyone.
Negative: The hotel is outdated and could really use a makeover and it’s overpriced. Also, when you go down to the beach, if you would like to get a chair or an umbrella, you have to pay extra for that and it’s like $50 for both.. And then we did the buffet because it was our anniversary and it was ¥10,450 and that’s like $70 a person. I thought that was a little bit pricey as well. Not sure if we are coming back. And the pool was very small, and also there was a rectangle Intex pool that you can buy at Amazon on the side, which was awkward
