Positive: Very nice people great location in the valley. Close to the crater. 20min by Car. Nice pool.

Negative: Make sure you take one of the upgraded rooms. There are more clean and less noisy.

Positive: We stayed in the Riverside cabins and they were wonderfull. Next to that the facilities and location were amazing. The staff were so very friendly, especially in the reception. We even got another (personal) blanket because we had a guest with a woll allergy. Thanks so much for a wonderfull stay. I can recommend everyone to visit this beautiful place.

Positive: Nice location in the countryside. Swimming pool.

Negative: The grounds were strewn with wrappings etc from previous guests. Why does nobody from the staff bother to clean this up? And why do guests carelessly leave their junk like that? And sad to see all the plastic and other trash in the river.
