Positive: The aircon worked well and the room was well appointed and clean. Plenty of plug points for working laptops and charging phones. Lots of off-street parking and good security. Initially there was a problem with the hot water in my room but as soon as I provided feedback, the host moved me to another room - thank you!
Negative: I would have liked to have a complimentary bottle of drinking water in the fridge. My unit had a self-catering kitchenette - there was no sharp knife for cutting bread/fruit/vegetables ... only a knife and fork to eat with. Make sure you bring your mosquito repellent!

Positive: The property had a secure private parking spot. We had no issues with the check-in. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was enormous. A nice brochure was provided with all the essential information about the local restaurants, delivery, activities, etc. The garden was spectacular, with a beautiful swimming pool and bath towels. The breakfast was affordable and provided all the necessities to get going in the morning. We felt special and well taken care of within these walls.
Negative: The room was lacking a better lighting solution as it was pretty much always dark and gloomy.

Positive: The staff were great, especially Kiki! The grounds were lovely and room very clean with everything one needed. Breakfast included all you needed and was tasty.
Negative: The beds were a bit hard and the hot water ran out if you showered late. But I would definitely stay again!
