Summary: Absolutely loved our stay at the ship. Room was beautiful with stunning views, pub food was perfect and the breakfast was on point. Staff were lovely, especially the lady who waitresses on the breakfasts Can’t wait to come back

Summary: Had a very enjoyable overnight stay at The Ship to view the harbour lights of Mousehole. Excellent accommodation, spacious and clean, good size bathroom. Friendly welcome from the whole team, great evening meal and breakfast in the morning,, a warm welcome and would highly recommend

Summary: We had a very pleasant and quiet room with comfortable bed and view of harbour. Good cooked breakfast plus cereal toast etc. Staff were helpful and there was bike parking possible in small garden behind the house now part of the inn.

Summary: Great view. Lovely staff. Parking difficult due to the location but public parking up the road. Not suitable for large bags. Comfortable room however very small. Beautiful view from the room (9). Bed very comfortable and clean. The only gripe I have is the shower was absolutely useless. No pressure or temperature. Couldn’t have a decent shower.

Summary: Staff were lovely, especially the delightful lady at breakfast. Situated right in front of the harbour and an easy walk around the town. We were able to park easily. Unfortunately, our room was not clean, the main light was not working and the shower was also not functioning properly.

Summary: Nice room but incredible noisy until 11pm (Like having DJ decks in the room) Hotel brilliantly located and historic but seems very understaffed. Had to find someone to pour drinks in the bar and was advised the following morning that breakfast was not available because the chef was ill. If we wanted a croissant and a coffee we'd have bought it next door. On check out we were asked to pay again as St Austell have changed their systems and were unable to take payment due to 'GDPR'. (Not really our problem) After we explained that we had already paid Expedia the payment was miraculously located. If we had paid again we would have been the ones wasting our time trying to reclaim the double payment. Staff in fairness were all polite and lovely - just undertrained and understaffed.

Summary: The accommodation was amazing and the room was immaculate, the Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a very good location right next to the harbour. We woke up to beautiful sunrise , the food at the pub downstairs was also amazing.
