Summary: Great place with friendly staff, we really enjoyed our visit. Given it is a bit out of the way from the city center and hard to find, the price is a bit on the higher side. Breakfast was delicious, however it would have been nice if there was a healthier savory option.

Summary: Very cool place with lots of thoughtful amenities. Friendly folks. Not the most privacy, but that’s fine if you’re just with friends. Out of the way, but not hard to find. Would definitely go back.

Summary: Shirley's is a really wonderful experience! It has a countryside setting near the mountains. The suites are large and beautifully decorated, and Sheryl and Jeff are perfect hosts. After a long drive to Roanoke, I was happy to be welcomed with homemade apple pie and a cooler of wine. The full breakfast (included) was a FULL breakfast!
