Shoal Creek Terrace is a clean & modern two bedroom condo with a view of the Shoal Creek greenbelt.
A short walk to Pease Park, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Waterloo Records, Graffiti Park & West 6th street bar district. The Shoal Creek trail leads to the Colorado River where you can see the Congress Bridge bats or rent a kayak to explore further.
Includes two free parking spaces right in front of the unit. Pets are welcome, but we do have a pet fee of $100.
A perfect location for SXSW, Austin City Limits, convention center events and downtown venues such as Mohawks, Stubbs BBQ, ACL Moody Theater & Cheer Up Charlies.
Bicycle & Electric scooter rentals are also usually available within the street, or nearby.
A full kitchen is available for all your cooking needs, including oven, microwave & stovetop. The laundry features a large washer and dryer.
Google Home Hub is setup in the downstairs living room / kitchen area, as well as both bedrooms. Lights, fans and thermostat can all be controlled with voice commands, just say "hey google".
There are no cameras within the house.
The living room and both bedrooms feature smart TV's with Hulu & Amazon Prime.
There are toilets upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs bathroom features a deep bathtub, perfect for a relaxing full body soak. Shower has an overhead rain shower head, and an additional, detachable shower head. Upstairs bathroom has two mirrors and basins.
The condo complex has a communal bbq grill area at the far end. Trash is located on the opposite side of the building.

Summary: We stayed at this same property last year over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we enjoyed it just as much this year as we did last. Perfect location in Austin, and the condo itself is very comfortable. There are a few updates since our last visit, including a new couch and bathroom shower upgrades. All in all, the condo was very clean and presentable. We will definitely stay again when we return to Austin!

Summary: Edic was clear and communicative about checking in. The property was clean and had all the amenities to make Edic’s spot with any hotel. Walking distance to downtown and peaceful neighborhoods. Great for a work stopover or chill weekend with friends.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very convenient access to downtown. We mostly travelled by foot, bike or scooter and the greenbelt across the street is an awesome starting point. We were very comfortable. The beds were great. The place was well equipped and we were not wanting for anything. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood. One star removed as the place could use a bit of general maintenance here and there. As is, it doesn't affect the comfort or functionality....just aesthetics. Regardless, I would definitely consider booking here again in the future should our travels ever bring us back to Austin.

Summary: Our family was traveling to Austin for the Texas-Baylor game on Nov. 25th. We arrived a day early, on Thanksgiving day, in order to have our Thanksgiving meal at this Property. We stayed through Saturday. I have to say, we really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen worked well for preparing our meals, and the dining room table was large enough for all of us. In addition, this property is a perfect location for accessing downtown Austin, South Congress, etc. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating, letting us check in early on Thursday so that we could prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We definitely enjoyed staying at this property and will likely stay here again in the future!

Summary: Everything was a described. The place was clean and larger than I thought. Here are a few suggestions to keep your rating high. Needs chairs or stools in the bedrooms. Everyone needs a place to sit when they put on their shoes. Need a throw or blanket downstairs. Only ones were large and upstairs. Need coffee. The packets of instant coffee just don't cut it for us coffee drinkers. Put the Wifi password prominently on the wall or kitchen counter. Everyone needs this and it took me quite a while to find it in the folder. Make sure that there is shampoo and soap in the shower. The shampoo was all but out and there was no body soap. I used the hand soap from the vanity which was not great. Lastly, I would love to have had an iPhone charger as I forgot mine. But I didn't expect it. Anyway, I rated as 5 stars so as not to ruin your 5 star rating, but would probably have rated a 4 or 3 due to items listed above.

Summary: We recently stayed at this property for my son's UT Graduation weekend. The apartment was centrally located and in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and more than enough room for four adults. We needed some flexibility on check-in time and Ashley was very accommodating and also very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a cosy stay in Austin!
