Summary: This is definitely a top-notch property. Beautiful place and grounds. Communication was quick. Only negative for me, may not be for others, is lots of rules and had to do a lot of thinking. Example: wanted to pack my granddaughter's birthday gift but had to wait to leave the property because the bag had a few sprinkles of glitter on it, which is a big no-no with hefty fees. Luckily it was inside of another bag. Again, not a big deal but too much thinking over right and wrong. Would I rent again? Yes. It was a relaxing place with all the amenities. I know there are rule breakers and people without common courtesy, and that is the reason. Since I am not, it felt like overload. So, still 5-stars from me. Thanks for having me.

Summary: Very clean & comfortable place. My wife & I needed a place to stay that was close to Mayo Clinic & this place was perfect. It is close to several restaurants and Whole Foods is near by. We would stay here again if we need to.
