Summary: well it's never fun to show up and find out that the indoor pool and hot tubs are not available. I never would have reserved the room knowing this information. The Lady at the desk did not have a great attitude either. While alternatives for pool existed, not the case with the hot tub which is what we were looking forward to using. The place overall looks aged but we were ok with it.

Summary: Overall the hotel is slightly dated, but overall nice property. Rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. The onsite restaurant was very good and bar and separate snack area were well stocked with options. Our room overlooked the water and was beautiful in the morning/evening. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working. But everyone was very friendly and responsive. 1 of the 2 Jacuzzi's was closed for maintenance. The outside pool was awesome.

Summary: Marcus and Demarcus were amazing - they moved our room away from the elevators upon request and without question, and were extremely kind and helpful! The bistro and restaurant are awesome - love the hours for the bistro, too! Ice cream in the gift shop is the best! Beautiful views, lovely decor, and all you could ask for in one location!

Summary: Nice older building, but the furniture showed it's age. People in the room next door were EXTREMELY LOUD - unsupervised kids. I talked to the front desk about them TWICE (which I normally never do) and they were not much help. They finally quieted down after 11pm, but by then we really couldn't enjoy our stay. Left early in the morning to catch the ferry, so no problems in the am. The front desk staff were friendly, but not super helpful. The balcony view was fabulous, but not worth all the trouble with the "neighbors"

Summary: Really beautiful room. The only complaint is that the balcony had dozens of orb spiders at dusk so he couldn't open the balcony doors overlooking the lake at night.

Summary: Hotel is outdated. Rooms were tiny. We had to switch rooms after our first room had a broken bed. Our second room had a couple other broken things in it (desk chair, fridge shelves…etc) lots of spiders outside the window, overall looks nice on the outside, but the inside needs major re-vamping.
