Positive: The pool and grounds were beautiful. Staff were for the most part friendly and helpful.
Negative: Front desk was not easy to reach. The tv in the first bedroom did not work, we tried all the remotes. Elevator wait times were sometimes long.
Summary: We had a gorgeous couple days of sun, sand, and swimming.

Positive: The room was fantastic and the hotel itself was great!
Negative: Parking was an issue and confusing. The elevator situation was very bad and annoying. Had to wait numerous times to even get on to use also missing multiple times because of too many people on board. The biggest issue was the construction company using the elevator to transport tools and or debris being removed. They would take up the whole elevator or have it to where you would have to miss it and there was only two or three people on board but the rest was blocked by the construction crew and their supplies. The smell of Marijuana around the pool area and beach which was disgusting but it seems like it's everywhere you go nowadays.

Negative: Parking was not good, parking was not intended for larger vehicles. The unit was not clean, trash under the coffee table, food under the sofa, the sofa bed was broken.
