Beautiful Mornington Peninsula Spa just a few minutes drive away as well as world class wineries, golf, ferry rides, restaurants and shopping.
The garden features native landscaping and includes a sweeping driveway for 4-5 cars plus separate private parking zone for a boat or jetski (please enquire if you require access to this).

Summary: This is a lovely property, well-appointed for family trips. Plenty of room for everyone to spend time together inside and out in the backyard. Furniture and beds were clean, fresh, and comfortable. Linen and towels were good quality. The bathrooms were nicely presented and the bath was lovely (we left some bubble bath in the cupboard for another family to enjoy :) ). The yard was secure and roomy for our dog, who also enjoyed a relaxing holiday. The studio was a nice extra space to relax and read in, while enjoying the cool sea breeze. Great to have more than enough tea towels, plates, glasses, mugs, saucepans etc so we weren't washing up all the time and were able to self cater for our diverse family food requirements. The plunger for coffee was much appreciated. All appliances worked well, with enough soap etc to use for our needs, making for a relaxing holiday. The Billiard table was also great fun. Only the wifi was a bit iffy at times. A really lovely, comfortable holiday house that supported a great holiday after two years of pandemic lockdowns.

Summary: We decided to find somewhere to spend Easter with our extended family. This holiday home exceeded everyone’s expectations. The place was beautiful and clean, with everything that is needed. The kitchen had all supplies needed for cooking all our meals there. The back yard was the perfect area for everyone to relax and unwind. Everyone really enjoyed the stay and the house itself.
