Positive: I like the location of the apartment as it is in a quiet neighborhood. It is a newer apartment so everything worked and was in decent condition. Cleanliness was OK as I had to keep it clean. All in all, I liked this apartment. Uber made everything easy to get to and the pricing was good.
Negative: When I arrived, my arrival was late by anout 20 minutes. The pre-arranged taxi was only going to wait for 45 minutes. I lost 50% of the available time to late arrival. I am not familiar with the airport. I Iost more time figuring out where my baggage was (10 - 15 minutes as I do not understand Polish). I missed the fact that the signage did slowly change from Polish to English. The last obstacle was that there are 2 exits which are not close to each other. Of course I used the wrong one. I was about 5 minutes late to the right area but the taxi driver was gone. I did manage to get a different taxi at my own expense. Even though I showed the correct address to the taxi driver, he dropped me off at the wrong location. I was probably about 5KM away from where I needed to be. He left before I knew what happened. Can you imagine my exasperation on a Sunday afternoon in a place where I cannot speak the language and nearly everything is closed? For the first time in my life, I stumbled my way through obtaining an Uber and finally arrived where I needed to be about 2.5 hours late.
Summary: Apartment was good. I would look for it again if I ever come back to Warsaw.

Negative: That on the website said there is a washing machine available however there was no washing machines there to wash clothes. I had a baby with me so it made it difficult

Positive: Super nice place. Clean, modern and comfortable. We were 3 people that wanted 3 rooms. Washing machine was handy.
Negative: Nothing. We had an issue with the door lock not working due to a weak battery. But they sent someone over to give us a key.

Positive: Very good concept of the apartments (there is a mini kitchen (+ dishes), washing machine, iron, hair dryer, TV, Internet, which makes the stay easier), the location is also excellent, everything is nearby. There are shopping centers, supermarkets, the airport is not far away and a lot of different transports and you can easily get there to the city center and the railway and bus stations. The staff answers all questions and you can easily get to the apartments (at a time that is convenient for you or if you arrive late (electronic code lock).
Negative: It's not the first time I've stayed, I like the apartments, but they need to adjust the repairs a bit, pay attention to the details, periodically clean the drains and hoods, and improve the cleaning, because last time there was garbage from the previous residents of the apartments, which was not very pleasant to see
