Positive: Location is quiet. No one to listen.

Negative: Room service is not up to the mark. No nearby food source, so, in the absence of any travel arrangements, one has to rely on in-house dining, which is way more expensive than in Metro cities. Breakfast is limited, so it's difficult to feed your hunger, especially when you are travelling with your kids. The service totally depends on the staff's mercy, with customers at the receiving end. Frustrating.
