Summary: We spent a week exploring Kenmare and Shrubbery Mews was the perfect headquarters: luxurious, located right above a chic high street shop and steps away from restaurants, markets, historic walks, plus easy parking. The team are welcoming and always available for questions. The apartment is comfortable, quiet and very easy to use. Kitchen is fully-equipped and large. The 2.5 bathrooms have plenty of hot water and great showers, all modern fixtures. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and our deep dive into the cultural richness of this beautiful corner of Ireland. Thank you, Sarah and friends. It was a magical week.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in this flat in the heart of Kenmare. Above The White Room shop, it is secluded, private and quiet, yet within walking distance of all the great pubs, restaurants and shops Kenmare has to offer. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, this is a real gem. Would love to stay again.

Summary: Imagine a postcard picture of a lovely Irish town. Imagine a pretty linen and other homeware store in the centre of town. Imagine that the store owner has furnished a charming, comfortable and spacious two story apartment above that store. That is Shrubbery Mews. It is clean, well appointed and has a large, eat-in country kitchen which is fully appointed with all you need to eat at home. We had arranged to meet friends in Kenmare and had them over for two nights for dinner and wine. If you prefer to eat out, there are Pubs, bakeries and nice restaurants literally at your door step. The bedrooms were not only country chic, but very comfortable. I would be proud to recommend Shrubbery Mews to family or good friends.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Kenmare and the Shrubbery Mews apartment could not have been lovelier. It is in the center of town, close to everything, and the apartment is beautifully finished and appointed. Sarah and Tracey were the perfect hosts. I highly recommend.

Summary: Shrubbery Mews 5 is an outstanding apartment that is impeccably maintained. The property, located above the White Room in Kenmare, is in the heart of downtown and walkable to everything one might need when visiting. The apartment is new, modern, and well-appointed. Sarah has gone above and beyond in her efforts to create a warm, inviting place for guests to relax and unwind. The little details, including locally made chocolates, toiletries, and wine were waiting for us at check-in. What a delight! The queen beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the towels and linens were quality, and the furniture was stylish and comfy (including the patio furniture). We appreciated the use of the washer and dryer on the premises; it is so nice to wash clothes during travel. Our family also took advantage of the well stocked kitchen to eat in for two nights of our stay. In addition, guests may also receive a discount in Sarah's shop, which we took advantage of when purchasing the diffuser scents Sarah used within the apartment! Having a designated parking spot in the rear of the shop is a relief, as street parking can be tricky with so many tourists and visitors to Kenmare. There is so much to love about Kenmare and we felt lucky to have found Shrubbery Mews 5 for our visit. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this excellent apartment, which was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Situated in the centre of Kenmare with easy access to the attractions of the town. Kenmare itself is a very attractive town, with many artisanal shops and many quality restaurants. A bonus was the secure parking provided by the owners. The countryside around is breathtaking with lovely seascapes and mountain scenery. We would highly recommend this property.

Summary: The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. Plenty of space, clean and well laid out. Sarah and team left a nice bottle of wine and a welcome gift - a nice touch. There are stairs so you'll need to be able to climb them to get into apartment, but they are wide and easy to climb. Close to everything in town and very walkable. Overall, I'd highly recommend!
