Summary: The room was okay but the chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. Shower/tub faucet needs to be updated. Breakfast was okay but not as warm as I like my eggs. It is an older hotel and you get noise from the freeway.

Summary: Nice hotel, friendly staff, easy check in. Grabbed a drink, burger and fries on arrival. Utah has 2 drink limit and they were very weak, but hit the spot after a long ride. Booked hotel hoping to use hot tub/pool area as a break on long road trip, but large family (15+) with a ton of kids took it over for entire stay, screaming and having fun quite loudly, and back again in the morning. Nice to them all having a blast, but unfortunately oblivious to the concept of sharing, so not great for other guests. Beautiful views from parking lot, where we were stuck hanging out, as nice outside sitting area located just outside glassed in pool area, was also taken over by same large family. We decided to get up early to head to next hotel in Sandy UT where we actually got to enjoy a GREAT pool and hot tub area, wonderfully located OUTSIDE not in. Highly recommend Hyatt House in Sandy Utah!

Summary: My experience with Shutters was mostly positive. It was clean with a modern design and nicely furnished. Room included a small refrigerator, microwave and a desk. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the layout a bit awkward and understaffed resulting in delays in keeping stations supplied. I would stay here again.

Summary: Room was clean, bed comfy, but no hand soap, coffee machine exploded and they told us all of the coffee makers needed to be replaced. Water leak in bathroom but they are renovating and it’s looking great.

Summary: Very comfortable clean room in a nicely maintained and attractive facility. Breakfast was very good with hot food served by staff. Orange juice was freshly squeezed and delicious. Recommend adding shower gel to amenities. Recommend.
