Positive: After a bad experience prior to arriving we booked this a very short notice and the staff where really friendly and very accommodating the hotel itself is very good with there own little water park and with a modern vibe.
Negative: The only issue was the fridge inside the room and maybe something else would go noisy at certain times in the night hindering sleep and that's me finding fault, otherwise there was none.

Positive: This property was perfect for couples & families, it had something for everyone. They provide entertainment for kids throughout the day so parents can relax, music around the pool & staff are happy to bring you drinks from the bar. We travelled with teenagers & they were happy with the pool, food & only a 10minute walk in to Sidari itself, I would recommend this hotel to others
Negative: This isn’t even a dislike (as we didn’t have any) this is a positive comment, when we arrived our air conditioning wasn’t working and the guy came along to the room immediately and sorted it out for us. Take bug spray as mosquitoes are not great but that can happen at any hotel/apartment complex
Summary: Very enjoyable and we travel a lot 🌟

Positive: The Resort itself. The Duplex Suite (402) is amazing. The Pool at your door. The Daily Cleaning all over the resort. The Food. The Staff. Relaxing days at the pool, quiet nights. Very educated clients, family orientated guests. Close to town and beach. We regret that we did not spend all our Corfu Vacation exclusively here! Next time, at least 7 days, at the Suite with Private pool. Efharisto, Spyros, the Manager, Maria, all Staff!
Negative: Not a negative aspect, just a recommendation: The rethinking of the night shows...the kids' time was not perfectly adequate with the same time of the great Greek dinner and music. With such great music and food, if the night's shows improved, you'll not leave the hotel 24/7...

Positive: Nice place, great pool, tasty food
Negative: The girl in reception cares much more about her long nails than the quests, she event couldn't put the bracelets normal, one kid lost it in the water after few hours, another - next day. There was written in the discription of the room, that there will be iron, washing maschine, but in reality you need to pay for it. All stuff are doing their jobs, everything fine, but after few days you start feeling not so good, because there is no good energy from them, they just like robots. Waterpark is opening only 11.30 a.m, but in the rules are written, that its opened from 11 a.m. There is no fresh vegetables on breakfast
Summary: Stay was OK, kids liked it

Positive: The waterslides and pools are great fun. Kids entertainment really nice and the staff friendly. Also the restaurant is to be recommended - food (ordered one) was great. The all-in buffet was also good. We only had it one day though, so not able to tell about variety
Negative: We had a very noisy "junior suite" right next to the bar, so not able to sleep before the evening program ended and no chance to put kids to bed before ~11. During the day we had construction noice right above us. Further the we had an issue with cleanliness of the apartment, which made us feel uncomfortable. A change of apartment was not possible, not even with offering downgrade from our side, as apparently fully booked.
Summary: Fun in the water with some minus on the ac comodation side
