TWO NEWLY RENOVATED SKI IN/SKI OUT SIDE BY SIDE CONDOS
Each unit boasts 1250 sqft of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a private hottub. When you rent the side by side condos, your group will enjoy sleeping space for up to 20 people with the right mixture of adults and kids (maximum of 12 adults), two kitchens, six full bathrooms, two decks and two private hottubs. Perfect destination for large family Christmas gatherings, reunions and weddings. All flooring, countertops and appliances replaced in both units. Updated furnishings, linens, and mattresses in both units.
With the chair lift 150 meters away and 5 championship golf courses within a 30 minute drive, you are sure to experience the best Kimberley has to offer.
Not only are these condos a ski in/ski out property, it is also walking distance to Trickle Creek Golf Course and within a 30 min radius to many other amazing 18 hole championship golf courses (Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene, Shadow Mountain, Kimberley Golf Club, Wildstone, Fairmount Riverside etc). A large private heated outdoor storage locker is conveniently located right outside your door for all your ski gear and golf clubs.
With a private hot-tub and cozy stone fire place in each unit, you are sure to feel relaxed after a long day on the hill.
There is plenty of room for you and your guests with queen size beds in both bedrooms on the main floor. One main floor bedroom is equipped with it's own en-suite bathroom while the other main floor bedroom has a full bath just across the hall. In the upper loft you'll find another queen bed, an en-suite bath with his and her sinks, two additional pull out couches as well as a TV. The loft can be used as the perfect master bedroom or the kids retreat. (Both condos have this sleeping configuration).
Each condo is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, outdoor BBQ, four smart/Netflix TVs, high speed internet (WiFi), twelve place settings, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, kitchen utensils and in-suite laundry so all you need to do is come and enjoy your stay in beautiful Kimberley, a popular ski and golf destination.
For the best privacy, this home is the perfect getaway for a large family or couples with younger kids but there is enough room for up to 24 people.

Summary: Units were booked for a guys golf trip. Communication was great and hosts were very helpful. The condos had everything needed and plenty of space. One thing to note is that the units are on the third floor so there are some stairs. Great stay and hope to be back again !!

Summary: This was a lovely spot in a really good location, hosts were friendly and very prompt with communication. The four (instead of five) stars for accuracy of listing is because we had two members of our party with moderate mobility issues and we did not realize initially that the units are on the third floor and require hiking up and down three full flights of stairs. Maybe I just missed the info, but that should be made nice and clear.

Summary: An excellent 3 generation family getaway. Everything was as advertised. Theresa was excellent and even left an anniversary gift for my wife and I. I would only add that the units are 3 floors up in a 12 unit building. No problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, the stairs might prove formidable. Still, a very excellent stay!
