Summary: Their IT system for door codes and parking garage was awful. Neither worked initially and we had to wait for someone to come from the lobby building to allow us access with a new code.

Summary: Very charming room with balcony! Queen beds were comfy. Gas fireplace with a switch to turn on. Very clean room with all the amenities. Convenient to attend The World Market or go to all the restaurants.
