Summary: The house was much more spacious than we expected, nice furniture, very comfortable, plenty of cookware, utensils, and even coffee, and the AC works great. It was so nice relaxing on the dock with shaded table and chairs or watching TV on the awesome couch. It's close to restaurants, shopping, anything you could need.

Summary: I've rented property in kine before and wwas totally disappointed, so I was apprehensive when I pulled intpmo the driveway. As I ipened the door and began to walk through all my fears melted away. What a pleasant surprise! I rented perfection and couldn't find anyway to be disappointed. The cottage is beautiful and it had everything you needed and more. The landscape, scenery, is breath-taking. Then there were the water toys for our use, wonderful! And, as an added bonus, the property owner was personable, informative and helpful. He respected our time and privacy. I was very delighted and my family felt so comfortable and relaxed, we cancelled a few planned outings to stay at the cottage. YES, I will be back, well done BOB!!

Summary: We stayed here last year for scallop season and loved it so much we came back again! The beds are so comfortable, great amount of space, and perfect kitchen and grill for home cooking meals!

Summary: If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and spotless house on the water with beautiful sunsets, this is the place to be. The house is fully equipped including kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes. You can paddle out to the gulf in five minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to everything. Owner lives close by and is extremely helpful in making sure that you have everything you need for a perfect stay.
