Positive: Dedicated and secured parking space is provided by the host. The unit is clean and spacious considering 2 adults stay. The unit is equipped with basic amneties with kitchenette and washing machine. It's located in the center of Sri Hartamas which plenty of eatery is available within walking distance. The pool which located at the highest floor is popular among the hotel guest, so it's a bit crowded during long holidays. There's a pedestrian short cut for resident to use to reach Mont Kiara; which make it's location is worth it.
Negative: Plenty of small ants on the kitchen countertop but is manageable if you clean the table surface properly.

Positive: 1. Location is very strategic. Right next to petrol station and can just walk to different eateries, pharmacies etc. 2. Eateries are good. The Ice Cream Bar ice cream, Copaa and Korean BBQ Chicken shop. All equally good. 3. Well equipped, well lighted and decorated, feels warm and cozy. 4. Instruction to check in is very clear and security guards are very helpful. 5. Free parking with card access given.
Negative: The sound proofing was poor if stay in living room. Can hear people closing doors, carrying items etc. Good thing that the bedroom is partitioned off, the sound proofing was good with occasional highway vehicles sound, which wasn't affecting me in any way.
Summary: Pleasant, will recommend to others and repeat stay.
