Summary: This place has really gone downhill and needs a total overhaul. We planned a whole relaxing day at the spa. It wasn’t relaxing. A spa is supposed to be quiet and peaceful. The employees both in the massage area and the salon make way too much noise - talking in overly loud voice and laughing. The clientele also very loud. The spa pool was dirty- murky water, outdoor furniture was tattered and dirty. Ordered a glass of champagne by pool and it was dirty. We ate dinner at Sweetfire. Ordered the half chicken and it was swimming in gravy. Was also disappointed that the main bar only served charcuterie boards. Would’ve eaten some bar food if they had anything else. One redeeming aspect was Henrietta’s market. Coffee and breakfast was good. Overall the interiors are dark, outdated. I know the Hilton bought this place. Maybe it’ll get better. It’s still a beautiful setting but needs an overhaul and not worth the cost anymore. I won’t go back.

Summary: Was really not up to par for what it cost to be quite honest with you. When I checked in, I had to call housekeeping to clean the toilet. There was actually feces residue on the seat of the toilet. I really never complain, but that was completely unacceptable. Service was very slow. Overall room was OK but nothing spectacular. The facility itself is very beautiful But lacks on service for sure.

Summary: Our family had an amazing time. I was concerned about the size of our group. Our rooms were ready. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back for another visit.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at the Villas. It was such a fun experience. We have stayed on the resort in multiple rooms and on 7. Plan on booking the villas again.
