Summary: I was so stressed out after my long flights and dealing with the lost luggage issue. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful in every possible way. I'm really grateful for all the attention and kindness I received.

Summary: Beautiful location and comfortable place. Very nice places to walk. Transportation is a bit of a problem without a care. Walk to Sigtuna village is beautiful but also about 25 minutes.

Summary: Great for conferences, less so for tourists: there is little to see in the immediate area. In my meeting, 4 out of 8 attendees had trouble with their taxis finding the place (all from Arlanda airport). Food was excellent, I would like to see some simpler (and cheaper) options available for the evenings. The staff were, without exception, excellent.

Summary: Great service with nice staff! The food was really good. Walking distance to Sigtuna village through forest nature and along the shores of Mälaren with beach, bridges and places for barbecue.
