Positive: 1.Location, location, location 2. Great care from the bar and restaurant staff...very personal, very attentintive, very fiendly....they went always an extra mile to make me happy and satisfied...this was by far the best experience for 3 star hotel and in fact the care was better than in 5 star- they want he customer to be satsfied. Periof.
Negative: The beach towel system and the guy in charge. Why the cards? Why not exchange of the towel, once you needed like in other places? The guy was rude and told us "its finish" at 5 p.m.....Why can a customer stay however llong they want at the beach? Also we came at 8.50, he was there but told us to come at 9....how rude. And again- what if one whants to be at the beach at 7....? This waz the only negative of our stay and it is a pitty....the other personnel works so hard...

Positive: A very pleasant hotel, a little old but well maintained on a lovely site with it's own garden flowing onto the nice beach, staff were lovely and helpful. We had a birthday whilst there and they made a gluten free cake as a surprise with a special table setting. Easy going entertainment most evenings. The vanilla rum was delicious!. Massages at the small Spa were reasonably priced and very good. We took the 5 island speed boat trip right from the hotel beach. A great day out.
Negative: Nothing much wrong with the place. Maybe a lift would help with heavy luggage if your room is up from ground level.
Summary: Pleasant relaxing small complex with a lovely seafront position.

Positive: The food was very good and there was enough variety - I’m not sure if there is another menu for people to order from or if there’s even an option for not all inclusive, but we didn’t get bored with the menu. The workers were so friendly and always make sure you had what you needed There was enough variety on the all inclusive to make it feel like value for money (bar wise) Hotel is happy to organize taxis for you if you want to go and adventure around Loads of day beds at the private beach Great beach for swimming. All inclusive ends after you check out It was generally a nice place. Quiet, older crowd with not that much to do around if the weather wasn’t on your side, but still a lovely stay to regroup
Negative: Not all charging ports were working so day 1 of the holiday was a bit of a nightmare. There was no room service but it wasn’t the end of the world. It would have been a nice to have but it just forced us into eating at consistent times.
