Positive: The apartment is well appointed, modern, . There is a nice terrace which we used to dry our clothes on the sunny days or enjoy a glass of wine on. The kitchen was fully functional and straightforward to operate. Additionally the presence of two toilets is always nice when traveling with the family. The hosts were easy to work with and promptly answered all communication. Location wise its near enough to M2 line (station is ~7 min walk) to have an easy connection to the city center. You are also across the street from one of the larger parts in Sofia, though most of the built areas (playgrounds and the like) are further away to the north. There is a Billa (grocery store) less than 5 min walk away.
Negative: The property mentions a private pool, this might imply that its exclusive to the apartment complex and that you will have free access, neither is true. Its open to the public and there is a cost (15 BGN) per person per hour. Additionally, its configured for swimming laps, not really designed for splashing around with the family. This is fine if its expected, just be aware that if you are looking for a place with a pool for kids this may not be the best fit.

Negative: Hard to walk our dog with all the street dogs but that’s not hoşts fault. Easy entry information however if you have a roofbox and bikes on back you won’t fit in garage but spaces outside building are ok

Positive: The apartment is very spacious and cosy. The host had included all utensils and consumatives, literally everything whatever you will need for a few days stay. The location is just perfect, 2 min from the biggest mall in Sofia. Pet friendly, with feeding cups for dogs/cats included. Very comfortable and spacious balcony. Communication with the host was excellent, no remarks.
Negative: The included parking lot/garage is quite narrow and unconvinient for a middle size SUV car, but that's a mistake by the building's proectants I suppose. However, there is a free parking zone in the close vicinity of the building, so no regrets.

Positive: The apartment has everything you wish for. Nothing was missing. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Very spacious balcony. Especially would be useful in the summer or if you are a smoker. The environment around is safe. The best and biggest shopping mall of Sofia is just around the corner. Sofia center is just 3 stations away from the metro station at the shopping mall. So it's not right in the heart of the city but for us it was not so important. Overall great value.
Negative: Bathroom is in the main bedroom. So if you are traveling with friends, using the shower can be an issue. The secondary bed is a sleeping couch. Its shape was a bit weird so not so wide for two people. We had several electrical problems during our stay. First our electrical heater broke but luckily there was a replacement heater provided. Then the water boiler broke and electricity was gone for several hours. But it's probably just bad luck and I assume these issues will be fixed. Also it's not possible to open the building entrance door from the apartment. But we got another set of keys so it wasn't a big problem. Some detail cleaning would be good as there was some minor dust at less visible corners.
Summary: Great spacious apartment in suburban Sofia, very good value for money
