Summary: Main reason for my low score is air conditioning in the room. They provide portable air conditioner that’s not effective at all. It make more noise and occupies space that makes it difficult to walk. Please see attached pictures. It’s a safety hazard for the guests than any use. The rooms are dark too.

Summary: Bath was not up to the mark. The shower placement was terrible. The whole bathroom gets wet while shower. This needs to be attended.

Summary: The room we stayed in had lots of wear and tear. Ripped sofa and carpets, closet doors that wouldn't open, wires dangling from the ceiling where a speaker had been removed...The mattresses on both beds were also very uncomfortable (thin and lumpy). It was fine for a short trip, but we would not stay here again.

Summary: Overall experience was good. But the shower in the máster bedroom doesn’t have shower curtain. Also, the living room furniture is all too outdated.

Summary: Service by the staff was excellent. Helped me get in my room. I was at the wrong room, lol. They helped me set up my wi-fi. Which was important as I couldn't find a decent T.V. channel. My wife calls the furniture antique and I call it old. Room was dark with yellow lights. Needs modern high chair toilet as my wife found it difficult to get up. So alot has to deal with old age.

Summary: Room and facilities were great. The only problem is that I could not get it to cool down to a reasonable temperature and the thermostat did not cool down the room below 23.5 even on cool setting
